We hope every Girl Crusher piece feels right from the moment you try it on. If something does not work, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other signs of wear. Original tags and any protective packaging must remain attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with that box placed inside a shipping carton. The shoe box itself should not be used as the shipping container.
Final-sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, bodysuits with removed liners, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these standards or to apply a reasonable cleaning or damage deduction where permitted.
Starting a return
Email support@girlcrusher.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will provide current instructions and, when available, a return label option. Do not send merchandise to our business address without authorization, because an unregistered package may not be routed to the correct processing location.
Refund timing and exchanges
After a return is delivered, please allow up to seven business days for inspection. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, less any disclosed return shipping charge. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the credit.
Because inventory changes quickly, the most reliable exchange method is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or color. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within five days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
